All products are shipped directly from our global logistics hubs to ensure fast, reliable delivery. Below are our processing times and estimated delivery windows:


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

⚠️ Note: Customs processing time is not included in the delivery estimate. If your package is held at customs, we will assist you as best as possible, though delays may occur beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking code via email within 1 to 5 business days after your order has been processed.

You can track your order through our Order Tracking page or directly on the courier’s website. In rare cases, tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.


Delivery Delays or Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  • Check with your local delivery service or postal office.

  • If the package is not there, contact our support team immediately.

If a logistics failure is confirmed, we will issue a full refund.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. An incorrect or incomplete address may delay delivery by 1–2 additional business days.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to address errors provided by the customer.


Signature on Delivery

Most packages will be delivered to your mailbox or doorstep. Couriers may hold your package at a local post office if delivery is considered unsafe.

If you prefer “Signature Required” delivery, please select that option at checkout (when available).


Customs Duties & International Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees imposed by your local government.

These fees are not charged by 7SUIT and are the customer’s responsibility. We are unable to refund orders refused due to unpaid import fees.
