Refund policy

Thank you for choosing 7SUIT. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy to give you peace of mind.


Return Period

  • You may return your watch within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

  • The 30-day period starts from the date you receive your order.

  • Returns must be shipped back within this timeframe.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The watch must be unworn, in resalable condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges & Reshipment Fee

  • Exchanges for another model or color are allowed.

  • A small reshipment fee will be charged, depending on your location, to cover shipping costs for the new item.


Promotional Offers

  • For Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar promotions:

    • Both items must be returned together for a full refund.

    • Partial returns are not eligible for refund or store credit.

    • Exchanges are allowed for one item — the other can be kept.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping to our warehouse is at the customer’s expense.

  • Costs vary depending on your location and courier choice.


Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return.

  • Exchanges start processing as soon as we approve your return request to reduce waiting time.

  • Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account after processing.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at support@7suit.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.


Returns After 30 Days

Returns outside the 30-day window are not accepted for refunds. In some cases, exchanges or store credit may be offered — contact our support team for assistance.
