You may return your watch within 30 days of delivery without the need to provide a reason. This period begins on the day you receive the product. Returns must be shipped back to us within this 30-day timeframe.
To be eligible for a return:
The watch must be unworn, in resalable condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar offers:
Both items must be returned together for a full refund.
Partial returns under this promotion are not eligible for refund or store credit.
Exchanges for size or color are allowed — you may return only the item to be exchanged and keep the other.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense and may vary depending on your location and courier.
Once your return is received at our warehouse:
We will process your refund within 10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
Please note: It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it is processed.
If you're requesting an exchange, we’ll begin processing it as soon as your return request is received to reduce wait time.
